The whole staff were really good. The room was clean and comfy, with a great location close to everything. Loved it!

Difficult to find. Expensive cocktails. Bartender had no idea what she was mixing. Lots of noise coming from room above in the middle of the night.

Addressing cleanliness issues, especially in carpets, would improve guest experiences!!! Consider resolving the lack of hot water during peak hours to enhance shower enjoyment!!!

I'm spoiled by free breakfast and this hotel does not provide this service. Also no fridge in room is a downgrade for us.

Think that this exceptionally friendly hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. There is a huge variety of tasty food for breakfast. The venue offers cheap, brand-new rooms with shower, a microwave and a patio. The staff are very helpful and provide a great service.

The room was generous sized, and updated, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a seating area.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

The indoor pool was a hit for the kids, and the fire pit outside made for a great relaxing spot in the evening. The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin our fun 😊

The staff were great, especially when I needed an early check-in after a rough night elsewhere. The room was spacious and decorated nicely, easy to relax. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast options were varied and convenient, suiting our hectic schedules perfectly.

The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby traffic that could be distracting at times.

The sink handle broke off, forcing us to use the shower for basic hygiene needs, inconvenient. The lack of proper parking in the front made our arrival frustrating.
